I am especially involved in creating programs for people with insulin resistance.A special combination of several programs for blood sugar control with excellent weight loss programs, tested many times in practice.All programs are based on body fat calculations.In all programs, we do DETOX – cleaning, ALKALIZATION – immune boost, SELECTION PROGRAM – customized programs for a specific goal.Everything is combined with specific exercise programs in fat melting zones.Muscle and mental relaxation programs are included in each program.
